NEW Line of PICCO Inserts with 2 Coolant Outlets for Internal Machining Operations

Following the ongoing evolution of the miniature market and demand for improved performance, ISCAR is upgrading its PICCOJET product line by introducing a new line of PICCO inserts with 2 coolant outlets suitable for internal machining operations.
The new inserts can be clamped on existing PICCO / MG PCO (PASSCUT) and PICCO ACE (ACECUT) type holders.

Main Features

• Inserts available in geometries for turning, grooving, threading, chamfering, profiling and face grooving applications.
• Improved cooling supply applied from 2 coolant outlets – a coolant through hole and a cooling channel.
• All inserts are available in grade IC908
